✅ Deliver engaging training for new hires & existing staff in RCM areas (Medical Coding, AR, Charge Entry, Payment Posting).
✅ Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in partnership with Ops & Training Manager.
✅ Facilitate sessions via classroom, virtual, one-on-one, & OJT methods.
✅ Track trainee performance, provide feedback & manage certification tests.
✅ Maintain training MIS & support batches until productivity benchmarks are met.
✅ Conduct refresher & upskilling programs for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For🎓 Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Nursing, Pharma, Life Sciences).
💻 Proficient in MS Office & LMS; medical coding certification is a plus.
🗣️ Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
