Trainer

Job Title : Junior Trainer Location : Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore Experience : 2+ Years (Preferred) Language : Tamil or Malayalam or Both Key Responsibilities : Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new and experienced candidates, focusing on matrimony services and processes. Train candidates on customer interaction skills, ensuring they are well-prepared to engage with clients effectively. Deliver training on cold calling techniques, equipping employees to handle outbound sales with confidence. Implement new strategies and improve training methods to ensure better performance and efficiency in sales. Provide detailed training on process adherence, data collection, and accuracy for operational excellence. Monitor and assess trainees’ progress and performance, providing feedback for continuous improvement. Develop and maintain training materials and ensure training programs are updated with the latest industry trends and best practices. Motivate, encourage, and support employees in their professional growth and development. Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and make recommendations for improvements. Qualification & Skills Required: Graduation is a must (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field). Excellent communication skills in Tamil or Malayalam Minimum 2 years of experience in a training role, preferably in a sales or customer interaction training environment. Proven expertise in process training, customer interaction training, cold calling techniques, and data collection. Ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging and interactive training content. Experience in implementing new strategies for sales improvement and training methodology. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback. Additional certifications in training or relevant courses are an added advantage. Ability to evaluate and assess trainee performance and adjust training techniques accordingly.
