About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Trainer to conduct classroom training for candidates in the Logistics & Warehouse Management sector , with a focus on the Claims Coordinator – Warehouse job role. The trainer will be responsible for delivering sessions, preparing candidates with practical skills, and ensuring they are job-ready for employment in logistics companies. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily classroom training sessions on Warehouse Management, Inventory Handling, Claims Coordination, Logistics Operations, and Workplace Readiness . Teach theoretical and practical concepts such as goods receipt, dispatch, documentation, safety practices, stock recording, and customer/claim handling. Train students on the roles and responsibilities of a Claims Coordinator – Warehouse . Deliver soft skills and basic computer skills relevant to warehouse operations. Provide hands-on demonstrations of warehouse processes (manual and system-based). Ensure training delivery as per training curriculum. Required Qualifications: Graduate in Logistics / Supply Chain / Warehouse Management OR Any degree with some practical experience in Warehouse/Logistics Operations. Experience in roles such as Warehouse Executive, Inventory Coordinator, Claims Coordinator, Logistics Assistant, etc., is preferred. Good communication skills in English & Telugu. Basic computer skills (Excel, email drafting, documentation). Prior training/teaching experience is an added advantage. Skills Required: Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory systems, safety protocols, and logistics processes. Ability to simplify complex topics for students. Classroom management and student engagement skills. Practical knowledge of claims handling, documentation & customer coordination. Good interpersonal skills and patience while training beginners. About the Role We are looking for a motivated and skilled English & Soft Skills Trainer to train students in Basic English communication, vocabulary, grammar, and essential workplace soft skills . The trainer will conduct daily classroom sessions, prepare students for interviews, and help them become workplace-ready. Key Responsibilities Conduct classroom training on Basic English (reading, writing, speaking, listening) and Soft Skills . Teach grammar, sentence formation, vocabulary building, email writing, and communication techniques. Train students in soft skills such as confidence building, teamwork, time management, attitude, grooming, interview skills, customer service, and workplace behaviour . Support students in improving speaking fluency through activities, role plays, group discussions, and presentations. Track attendance, student performance, and maintain training records. Ensure training delivery as per curriculum and organizational standards. Required Qualifications Any graduate with good English communication skills .
