Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Trainer – In-Store Demonstrator to train and mentor trainees aspiring to work in the retail and FMCG sectors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in retail operations, customer engagement, and product demonstration, with a passion for teaching and motivating learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and practical training sessions on in-store demonstration, customer service, product presentation, and sales skills.
• Develop and deliver lesson plans, demonstrations, and assessments aligned with the training curriculum.
• Ensure trainees gain hands-on experience in product handling, live demonstrations, and customer interaction techniques.
• Monitor trainee performance, maintain training records, and provide regular feedback.
• Coordinate with project and placement teams for on-the-job training and assessments.
• Stay updated with current retail trends and product marketing techniques.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / Diploma in Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail, in-store promotion, product demonstration, or customer engagement profile
• Prior training or mentoring experience preferred (especially under skill development programs such as NSDC, DDU-GKY, PMKVY, etc.).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital training tools.
• Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional language is an advantage).
