Job Description

3 Yrs Experience Conduct theory and practical sessions with field assets. Prepare training session plans & presentations. - Curriculum Development: Design, update, and implement comprehensive training modules for new and existing Courier Delivery Executives, covering all aspects of their job role. Onboarding Training: Conduct engaging and interactive orientation and initial training sessions for new hires, familiarizing them with company policies, delivery protocols, technology, and customer service expectations. Skill Enhancement: Provide ongoing training and refreshers on key areas such as: Route Optimization & Navigation: Efficient use of GPS, delivery apps, and local area knowledge for optimal route planning. Package Handling: Proper sorting, loading, handling (including fragile, valuable, or perishable items), and securing packages to prevent damage. Proof of Delivery (POD): Accurate collection of digital signatures, photos, and other proof of delivery. Cash on Delivery (COD) Management: Secure and accurate collection, reconciliation, and submission of COD payments. Customer Service & Communication: Professional etiquette, effective communication with customers, handling queries, complaints, and returns, and building positive customer relationships. Vehicle Maintenance & Safety: Daily vehicle checks, basic maintenance awareness, road safety rules, defensive driving techniques, and emergency procedures. Problem-Solving: Training on how to handle unforeseen challenges like traffic delays, customer unavailability, or damaged packages. Technology Proficiency: Proficient use of company-specific delivery management software, scanners, and mobile applications. Practical & On-Field Training: Lead practical demonstrations and accompany delivery executives on routes to provide real-time coaching and feedback. Performance Evaluation: Assess the performance of trainees through practical tests, observations, and feedback sessions, identifying areas for improvement. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate training records, track trainee progress, and prepare reports on training effectiveness. Feedback Loop: Collaborate with operations managers and team leads to identify training needs based on performance gaps and operational challenges. Compliance: Ensure all training adheres to company standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements. Mentorship: Act as a mentor and guide for delivery executives, fostering a supportive learning environment.
