Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate training records, track trainee progress, and prepare reports on training effectiveness. Feedback Loop: Collaborate with operations managers and team leads to identify training needs based on performance gaps and operational challenges. Compliance: Ensure all training adheres to company standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements. Mentorship: Act as a mentor and guide for delivery executives, fostering a supportive learning environment.
