Trainer Communication cum Personality Development

Role & responsibilities

1. Training Delivery : Conduct sessions on English communication (verbal & written), public speaking, and personality development. Train students in soft skills, grooming, etiquette, body language, interpersonal skills, and confidence-building. Use learner-friendly methodologies: role play, debates, group discussions, mock interviews, and presentations.
2. Curriculum & Content : Contribute to the design, adaptation, and improvement of training modules and teaching aids. Ensure training is aligned to industry expectations and placement requirements.
3. Assessment & Feedback : Conduct pre and post-training assessments to evaluate progress. Provide individual and group feedback for improvement. Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports.
4. Student Development & Placement Support : Prepare trainees for interviews, group discussions, workplace etiquette, and customer interaction. Mentor students in self-confidence, motivation, and goal setting. Support placement team in preparing students for employer interactions.
5. Institutional Contribution : Collaborate with other trainers to integrate communication skills across all courses. Participate in staff meetings, training reviews, and organisational development activities. Uphold organisational values, discipline, and professional standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in

  English/Humanities

  .
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training delivery in communication skills, spoken English, and personality development. Exposure to skill development ecosystem / vocational training / corporate training / Schools preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (knowledge of local language desirable). Strong presentation, facilitation, and interactive teaching skills. Ability to use role plays, group activities, and practical demonstrations to engage trainees.
