Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring Motivational Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering motivational sessions, workshops, and training programs that inspire, energize, and empower employees or participants to achieve their personal and professional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver impactful motivational training programs tailored to various groups (employees, students, teams, etc.).
• Inspire individuals to improve performance, build confidence, and stay focused on goals.
• Conduct seminars, workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Collaborate with the HR/training team to identify areas where motivation and performance enhancement are needed.
• Use storytelling, real-life experiences, multimedia presentations, and interactive techniques to engage participants.

Qualifications:
