We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FinanceOperations (BFSI) Trainer to deliver comprehensive training programs toindividuals aspiring to excel in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate willpossess a deep understanding of financial operations, strong communicationskills, and a passion for empowering learners.

Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

Conduct comprehensive training sessions on a variety of finance operations topics, such as:

Financial accounting and reporting

Budgeting and forecasting

Financial analysis and interpretation

Risk management and compliance

Treasury operations

Corporate finance

Utilize a variety of training methodologies, including lectures, group discussions, case studies, and simulations.

Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, case studies, and practical exercises.

Enhance the technical and soft skills of trainees, including:

Data analysis and interpretation

Problem-solving and decision-making

Communication and presentation skills

Time management and prioritization

Interview Preparation:

Provide guidance and training on interview techniques, including resume writing, cover letter preparation, and mock interviews.

Assist trainees in developing effective interview strategies and building confidence.

Requirements
Qualificationsand Skills:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the BFSI sector.

In-depth knowledge of financial operations, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with trainees.

Proficiency in using training tools and technologies.

Passion for empowering learners and promoting financial literacy.
