Trainer Automobile

You will be responsible for conducting technical training sessions on automotive systems such as engine, transmission, electricals, diagnostics, and EV systems. Your role will involve training technicians, service advisors, sales teams, and dealership staff, demonstrating the correct use of diagnostic tools, workshop equipment, and repair techniques. Additionally, you will be required to deliver both classroom and hands-on practical training. Your duties will also include creating training materials, manuals, presentations, videos, and assessments, as well as updating training content based on new vehicle models, technologies, and manufacturer guidelines. You will develop skill-based modules for beginners, intermediate, and advanced technicians. In terms of assessment and evaluation, you will assess trainees through written tests, practical exams, and on-job evaluations. Providing constructive feedback, tracking trainee performance, and maintaining training records, attendance, certifications, and progress reports will also be part of your responsibilities. You will offer expert guidance on complex vehicle issues to workshops and dealership teams, staying updated on the latest automotive technologies, EV systems, diagnostic procedures, and service campaigns. Supporting service centers in improving repair quality and reducing repeat complaints will be essential. Your role will also involve planning and scheduling training programs as per dealership/manufacturer requirements. You will coordinate with HR, service managers, OEM training teams, and external vendors, ensuring the availability of training tools, workshop setup, vehicles, and training aids. Ensuring all training follows manufacturer guidelines and industry standards, promoting workshop safety practices, and maintaining the training lab/workshop in a safe, clean, and operational condition will be part of your responsibilities. You will gather feedback from trainees and management to improve training effectiveness, analyze skill gaps, design targeted upskilling programs, and track new market trends (EV, hybrid systems, ADAS, connectivity) to update training modules.
