Trainer

As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in identifying, designing, and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and performance of employees. Your responsibilities will involve conducting skill mapping exercises, analyzing training needs, and ensuring the effective utilization of training resources. - Conduct thorough skill mapping exercises to identify training gaps and improvement opportunities. - Develop and execute training programs aligned with organizational goals. - Efficiently manage the training budget and make resource allocation decisions. - Conduct post-training assessments to evaluate program effectiveness. - Gather and analyze employee feedback to enhance training initiatives and maintain employee training satisfaction. Qualifications for this position include: - 2-5 years of experience in training and development. - Certification in Training & Development (e.g., Certified Training & Development Professional - CTD). - Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs in domains like sales, soft skills, and management. - Experience in industries such as Commercial Vehicle, Passenger Vehicle, Aviation, FMCG, Telecommunications, Hospitality, or Tourism preferred. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in using training management software and tools.
