Job Title: Account Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining books of accounts, vouchers, and accounting records.
• Support in preparation and posting of journal entries, ledger entries, and trial balance.
• Help in handling accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Assist in GST-related work such as invoice checking, data preparation, and returns filing support.
• Support bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
• Maintain proper filing of bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Assist in preparation of monthly MIS reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments for bill verification and approvals.
• Support audit requirements (internal / statutory) by providing necessary data.
• Perform any other accounting work assigned by seniors.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (Pursuing) / MBA (Finance – Fresher)

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Working knowledge of Tally / ERP (preferred)
• MS Excel (basic level)
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication and coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹17,500.00 per month
