Minimum requirements

Bachelor degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Basic understanding of MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software. Strong analytical, organizational, and numerical skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Good communication and ability to follow instructions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Input income and expense entries into accounting software or ledgers. Prepare and post bank entries on a daily basis. Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes. Assist in monthly and annual reconciliation and financial closing activities. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with accounting procedures. Support the preparation of statutory accounts, tax returns, and audit schedules. Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary information for accounting tasks. Perform administrative and clerical duties to support the Accounts team. Review data entries for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Learn and apply relevant accounting standards, financial regulations, and software tools under guidance from senior staff.
