Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee Software Developer located in Paschim Medinipur. The Trainee Software Developer will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions. Daily tasks include coding, debugging, participating in code reviews, and collaborating with senior developers to understand project requirements and timelines. Additionally, the role involves working closely with the team to enhance technical skills and contribute to project success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Understanding of web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of database management and SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with cloud services or eCommerce platforms is a plus
