Trainee Software Developer

In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications. You will write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while collaborating with team members to solve technical challenges. Under mentorship, you will learn and apply new programming skills across different technology stacks such as PHP, React Native, QA Testing, Business Analysis, Ruby on Rails, and more, based on profile fitment. To be eligible for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or be a final-year student. Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to write clean, maintainable code are essential. Proficiency in written and verbal English is mandatory, and any certification or coursework in Artificial Intelligence (AI) would be preferred. The training duration for this program is 36 months with full-time presence required. During the first year, a stipend of 20,000 per month will be provided, subject to performance evaluations. Post the first year, the stipend will range from 20,000 to 30,000 per month based on performance. A minimum commitment of 2 years, inclusive of training, is required. Early exit during training or before 24 months will incur a training recovery cost of 2,00,000.
