Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Should be working in 24/7 Environment. Flexible & willing to work in Rotational shifts (Morning & Afternoon) including weekends & Declared Holidays.
Performs L1 & L2 activities to resolve the issues.
Performs escalations to IT teams in accordance with departmental standards.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and update documentation as necessary.
Work on the Incidents and close them within SLA
Learn the Service Management tool and other applications used by the Service Desk.
Create and manage network user accounts,
Create and manage email and other applications accounts handled by the Service Desk.
Assist in special projects as assisgned
Propose knowledgebase cases that would be used by the staff and business users to assist in
expediting the resolution of reported issues.
Update the Service Desk Standard Operating procedures
Ability to work 40 hrs/ week and should be flexible to the shift schedule.
Good Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
Strong Listening & Interpersonal Skills.
Ability to function as an effective team member.
Ability to do Multitask in critical situations.
