Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT services/software domain. - Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. - Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable IT solutions. - Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations. - Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools. - Participate in marketing and networking events, webinars, and product demos. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field. - 0-1 year of experience in sales/business development in the IT domain (software services, SaaS, digital transformation, etc.). - Strong understanding of IT services and solution selling. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce). - Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset. Preferred: - Experience in B2B, D2C products, and IT sales, including selling to enterprise clients. - Exposure to software product demos or technical solution discussions. - Knowledge of basic technical terminologies (cloud, web apps, mobile apps, APIs, etc.).
