Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Sales Engineer in Fronius India Private. The ideal candidate should have 0 to 1 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.

Job Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets and deadlines.
Basic knowledge of sales principles and practices is required, along with a willingness to learn and grow.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to think creatively and outside the box.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
