Trainee Production

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in operating machinery and equipment under supervision.
• Follow production plans and schedules to meet daily targets.
• Monitor and report any deviations or issues in the production process.
• Maintain proper documentation of production activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Support preventive maintenance activities on machines.
• Participate in training sessions related to production processes and safety.
• Work collaboratively with other departments such as Quality, Maintenance, and Stores.
• Continuously identify and suggest improvements in productivity and efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and a quality-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with basic computer applications (MS Office, ERP systems, etc.) – preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
