Trainee Production

JOB TITLE: Trainee/production worker

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our production team as trainee.

the production trainee will work and support day-to-day manufacturing operations, gain hands-on experience with machinery, quality processes, and production techniques, and contribute to achieving production targets while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in operating machinery and equipment on the production line.
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure product meets specifications.
• Package finished products and prepare them for shipment or storage.
• Keep the work area clean and organized according to 5S or housekeeping standards.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Participate in training sessions and cross-functional learning activities.
• Maintain production logs and documentation as required.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Volunteer

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
