Roles & Responsibilty : Oversee construction site execution to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Supervise all civil work activities including structural, RCC, and finishing work. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors , and internal teams for project alignment. Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets , and work schedules. Ensure strict adherence to safety norms , quality standards , and legal compliance. Manage procurement planning , site material flow, and inventory tracking. Maintain daily progress reports, BOQs, and site documentation. Lead, mentor, and supervise on-site project teams. Education : B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering Experience: 10–15 years in Industrial or Infrastructure Projects (Factory buildings, utilities, etc.)

Key Responsibilities: Assist in operating machinery and equipment under supervision. Follow production plans and schedules to meet daily targets. Monitor and report any deviations or issues in the production process. Maintain proper documentation of production activities. Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations. Support preventive maintenance activities on machines. Participate in training sessions related to production processes and safety. Work collaboratively with other departments such as Quality, Maintenance, and Stores. Continuously identify and suggest improvements in productivity and efficiency. Required Skills & Competencies: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and a quality-oriented mindset Familiarity with basic computer applications (MS Office, ERP systems, etc.) – preferred Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
