Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Power Platform Developer with expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Dataverse, PCF controls, ReactJS, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, integrating with Dynamics 365 CRM and other business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps to meet business requirements.
• Work with Dataverse (CDS) to store and manage application data efficiently.
• Develop and integrate PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls to enhance UI/UX within Power Apps.
• Implement Power Automate Flows for process automation and workflow orchestration.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365 CRM, SharePoint, and third-party APIs.
• Develop custom UI components using ReactJS within Power Apps and Dynamics 365 applications.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand and implement business needs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and integrations.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft Power Platform updates and best practices to enhance application capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in Power Platform development.
• Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Dataverse, and PCF controls.
• Experience in Power Automate (Flow) development for business process automation.
• Proficiency in ReactJS for UI customization and component development.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM customization and integration.
• Strong understanding of Common Data Service (CDS) / Dataverse.
• Experience with REST APIs, OData, and integration of Power Platform with external systems.
• Knowledge of Azure services like Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Power BI (a plus).
• Familiarity with Git, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD for Power Platform solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or equivalent)
