Job Description

Designation: Trainee-People Operations

Location: UL Cyberpark, Kozhikode, Kerala

Experience: 0 – 1 Years

Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Support employee engagement, internal communication, and HR initiatives.
Coordinate onboarding and day-to-day HR operations.
Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality in handling HR data.
Assist in learning and development coordination and training logistics.

Requirements:

MBA/PGDM/Degree in Human Resources or related field (Freshers/Internship experience preferred).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and adapt quickly.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional demeanor.
