Overall Responsibilities

1. Support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and scheduling.

2. Work on new hiring initiatives and contribute fresh ideas.

3. Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation. Assist in internal HR activities and engagement planning.

Skills & Tools

1. Strong communication and coordination skills.

2. Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced HR setup.

3. Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Creative, organized, and proactive mindset.

4. Experience 01 year of HR or recruitment experience (internships included)

MBA in HR is mandatory
