Role Overview: As a Trainee - Forest at Sterlite Power, you will be end to end responsible for Forest Management. You will report to the Head Forest and Wildlife and VP Forest and Wildlife. Your main responsibilities will include creating customized accelerated plans for obtaining Environment, Forest, and Wildlife (F&WL) clearances, planning budgets for cost efficiency, providing technical support across projects, ensuring strict compliance with Environment, Forest, and Wildlife regulations, exploring ways to expedite work timelines, strengthening communication strategies with forest officials, and monitoring the quality of proposals before submission. Key Responsibilities: - Create customized accelerated plans for obtaining Environment, Forest, and Wildlife (F&WL) clearances - Plan budgets to maintain cost efficiency - Coordinate cross-functionally - Provide technical support across projects - Ensure strict Environment, Forest, and Wildlife compliance - Identify ways to crunch timelines and expedite work - Strengthen communication strategies with forest officials - Be well conversant with rules, regulations, and processes to obtain clearances - Understand the bidding process for Forest & Wildlife proposals - Prepare and submit Environment, Forest & Wildlife proposals on PARIVESH - Quality check proposals before submission - Support COE cell in developing and reviewing plans, policies, and legal frameworks Qualification Required: - Candidate must be from IIT Dhanbad - B.Tech in Environment or M.Tech in Environment (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.),
