Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee Delegate Acquisition position, based in Mumbai. The Trainee Delegate Acquisition professional will be responsible for conducting research to identify potential target audiences, maintaining strong relationships with delegates, and assisting in the promotion of events such as conferences and summits. The role will involve contacting prospective delegates to secure participations, nurturing professional relationships, and contributing to the success of various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in research, data analysis, and lead generation techniques
• Basic knowledge of event management and familiarity with corporate learning programs
• Ability to work effectively in a team and take ownership of individual responsibilities
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in delegate acquisition, sales, or client relationship management would be an added advantage
