Trainee - Customer Support

As a Service Engineer Trainee at Inkarp Instruments, you will be an integral part of the Technical Services team, receiving comprehensive on-the-job training to excel in various tasks related to laboratory, analytical, and scientific instruments. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the installation and commissioning of scientific instruments at customer sites under supervision. - Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities. - Learn to troubleshoot and repair instruments both on-site and remotely. - Assist in AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) execution, service log updates, and customer coordination. - Support in calibration and validation activities as per regulatory guidelines. - Provide basic technical support and training to customers on instrument operation. - Prepare and maintain service reports, logs, and instrument history records. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, Biomedical Engineering, or related field (2024 or 2025 graduates). - Experience: Freshers welcome; prior internship or academic project in instrumentation will be an added advantage. - Technical Skills: Basic understanding of electrical/electronic circuits, mechanical systems, or instrumentation concepts. - Soft Skills: Good communication skills, willingness to learn, problem-solving ability, and a customer-oriented approach. - Travel: Willingness to travel to customer sites across regions as needed.
