Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential corporate clients for recruitment, training, and HR consulting services.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain client relationships.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for delivery.
• Travel occasionally within East India for business meetings and events (as required).
• Represent the company professionally with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education:

  BBA/MBA in Marketing (2024 OR 2025 pass out).

• Academic Score:

  Minimum

  70%

  10th, 12th, and Graduation

• Skills:

  Excellent

Compensation:

• Stipend (First 3 Months):

  ₹10000 ( Monthly)

• Post-Confirmation CTC:

  ₹15000 to 30000(Monthly) (based on performance)
