Trainee BIM Modeler – Singapore / Malaysia

About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Trainee BIM Modelers

As a Trainee BIM Modeler, you’ll work closely with senior BIM engineers and project managers to learn industry standards, software tools, and best practices. You will be part of real-world projects, gaining hands-on experience in creating, managing, and coordinating 3D models across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and updating BIM models for architecture, structure, and MEP systems.
• Support senior BIM engineers in coordinating models across various disciplines.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Participate in design reviews and clash detection exercises.
• Learn and apply international BIM standards (Singapore BIM Guide, ISO 19650, etc.).

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, or ArchiCAD (training will be provided).
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
