Job Title: Trainee - B2B Lead Generation & Market Research

About the Role

Marketing Trainee B2B

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential business clients through LinkedIn, email, and outbound calls
Assist in planning and executing B2B marketing & lead-generation campaigns
Maintain CRM and track daily outreach, follow-ups, and lead status
Develop an understanding of company products/services to pitch effectively
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute B2B marketing strategies/campaigns.
Assist in market research to identify trends, competitive offerings, and new business-opportunity segments.

Required Skills

Excellent English communication verbal & written
Confident in interacting with business professionals
Basic understanding of digital marketing / lead generation (preferred)
Basic knowledge of
B2B marketing / business development
Familiarity with LinkedIn / email outreach / CRM tools (added advantage)
Proficiency in
MS Office / Google Sheets / Email drafting
Self-driven with ability to work independently from home
Interest in corporate marketing/sales
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Ready for 15 days of training.

Education Qualification

Any Graduate BA / BBA / B.Com / B.Sc or Any related field.
Certification of Digital Marketing (Preferred)
Freshers or candidates with minimal experience trainee/entry-level welcome.
