Trainee Architect

Key Responsibilities & Training Path

Successful candidates will be trained and tasked with:

• Design Documentation:

  Developing high-quality sets for

  Schematic Design (SD)

  ,

  Design Development (DD)

  Construction Documentation (CD)

• Scan-to-BIM:

  Learning to convert laser-scanned point cloud data into intelligent 3D BIM models with high LOD (Level of Development).

• CAD-to-BIM Conversion:

  Elevating legacy 2D drawings into parametric Revit environments.

• International Standards:

  Applying U.S. and global project requirements to ensure drawings meet local building codes and client-specific templates.

• Technical Accuracy:

  Conducting self-audits to maintain the "Camellia Standard" of zero-error delivery.

Technical Requirements

• Education:
