The NAPS Apprentice Machine Operations role offers young, energetic candidates an opportunity to work with one of Indias leading manufacturing companies. The selected candidates will undergo practical, on-the-job training focused on machine operation in a high-performing plant environment. Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th pass 10th + 12th pass 10th + ITI 10th + 12th + ITI Age Limit: 18 30 years Gender: Male candidates only Physical Standards: Minimum height: 5’4” Weight: 45–85 Kgs Others: Only freshers are eligible Candidates with Diplomas or Graduation are not eligible Drop-outs from Diploma or Graduation are eligible Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment under supervision Monitor machine performance and report issues to the shift supervisor Follow standard safety and operational procedures Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the shop floor Participate in skill-building and safety workshops as required Compensation & Benefits: Gross Stipend: 18,000 per month (including DBT) Accommodation: Subsidized hostel facility in Bharuch – 1,200/month deduction Transport: Subsidized company transport from Bharuch – 120/month deduction Meals: Subsidized canteen services – 150/month deduction Uniform & Safety Shoes: Provided free of cost (renewed annually) Shifts: Rotational (First, Second, and Night shift with respective meal provisions) Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will undergo an interview Those selected must clear a pre-medical check-up before final onboarding
