Role Overview: As part of our expansion, we are hiring Trainee Analysts to support our IPO Advisory and Investor Relationship Advisory teams. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to gain hands-on exposure to live transactions, regulatory processes, and investor engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the execution of IPO mandates, including research, documentation, and coordination with clients and stakeholders. Support the preparation of investor presentations, pitch decks, and regulatory filings. Conduct industry and company research, peer benchmarking, and financial analysis. Help manage investor communications and maintain relationship tracking tools. Maintain internal databases, dashboards, and knowledge repositories. Eligibility Criteria: Fresh graduates from premier institutes (Commerce, Economics, Finance, or Business streams). OR candidates who have cleared CFA Level 1 or 2. OR CA Intermediate (CA Inter) candidates. Strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research tools.
