Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trading Escalations Specialist based in Bengaluru. The specialist will handle escalated trading issues, analyze and address root causes, and ensure prompt resolutions. Responsibilities include managing customer concerns, providing superior support to address client needs, and effectively collaborating with internal teams to resolve queries.
