Associate Manager – Trade Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of international trade services.
• Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to SLAs for quality and delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance systems and processes.
• Assess feasibility of new trade products and support their implementation.
• Monitor team performance metrics and ensure optimal productivity.
• Mentor and develop team members; support hiring and onboarding.
• Allocate financial and human resources effectively for trade services operations.

Required Qualifications:

• 9–16 years of experience in trade finance, banking operations, or international trade services.
• Strong knowledge of trade products like Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Collections, Supply Chain Finance.
• Demonstrated ability in managing teams and delivering against SLAs.
• Familiarity with banking operations systems and compliance standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in global banks, shared service centers, or trade tech platforms.
• Familiarity with trade platforms like SWIFT, Finacle, or Eximbills.
• Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certifications.
