Job Description

Role & responsibilities: 1. Sales and Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities in chemicals, petrochemicals, and allied sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Drive sales growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and competitive positioning. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Expand the companys presence in domestic and international markets. 2. Market Research & Industry Insights Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to develop data-driven sales plans. Identify potential risks and opportunities in the chemical and petrochemical trade. Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance standards, and emerging technologies. 3. Key Account Management & Client Relationship Manage key customer accounts and ensure long-term business partnerships. Address customer needs, provide product solutions, and negotiate contracts effectively. Handle client queries, resolve issues, and ensure seamless after-sales support. Preferred candidate profile: Educational Qualifications Mandatory: Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred: MBA in Marketing/Sales Relevant Role Expertise Industry Experience: 7-15 years of experience in B2B sales, trading, or business development in chemicals, petrochemicals, or allied sectors. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of domestic and global chemical markets, pricing trends, and supply chain dynamics. Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate high-value contracts and close deals with large clients.
