Trade Marketing Executive

As a Trade Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for implementing strategic trade marketing plans to achieve preferred partnerships with trade partners, supporting sustainable competitive advantage at GT/KAs and enhancing consumer preference for IPM brands. Your role will involve managing the development, production, and installation of POS materials in line with regional plans, focusing on new business ideas to enhance the company's competitive position. Key Responsibilities: - Implement strategic trade marketing plans to achieve preferred partnerships with trade partners - Manage the development, production, and installation of POS materials in line with regional plans - Plan and execute POSM repair & maintenance, AMC plans to ensure the health & upkeep of the POSM - Manage inventory of all POSM at the regional level, ensuring adherence to Inventory Management Policies & Procedures - Conduct quality checks on all POSM inputs developed centrally or delivered directly to the market - Plan and execute POSM visibility changeover activities as per brand cycles planned through the year - Brief external agencies to develop communication materials consistent with the program's strategy - Implement and manage a multi-dimensional segmentation model for resource allocation - Ensure compliance with PM policies and procedures, local and federal/state laws, and international marketing code Qualifications Required: - Graduate degree with a qualification in Marketing/Business Management preferred - Minimum 3-4 years of experience, preferably in FMCG marketing, trade marketing, or field sales Please note that all activities must comply with PM policies and procedures, including Sales Force Operating Policies and Procedures, local and federal/state laws, and international marketing code.
