Job Description

As a Carpenter Meeting Coordinator, your role will involve planning and coordinating carpenter meetings across various territories. This includes managing logistics, sending out invitations, scheduling meetings, and ensuring maximum participation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working closely with Local Sales Managers to understand regional requirements and ensuring alignment between commercial activities and local market needs. - Organizing and managing all types of meetings, including internal and external stakeholder interactions. This involves coordinating with vendors, preparing materials, and ensuring seamless execution. - Arranging for promotional gifts and samples as per business requirements, as well as maintaining accurate records of distribution and reporting periodically. - Providing support for audit-related activities and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. This includes maintaining documentation and providing necessary support during inspections or audits. - Ensuring proper video recording of meetings and events for documentation, review, and training purposes. You will also manage the storage and distribution of recordings as required. - Identifying and booking appropriate venues such as halls and party plots based on event requirements and budget. Skills required for this role include strong organizational and planning abilities, a problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and a professional and courteous demeanor with excellent relationship-building skills. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field, 3 years of experience in purchase, coordination, or event management roles, good communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation tools, and ability to multitask, plan effectively, and work in a team environment.
