Trade Lifecycle Manager - Associate

Role Overview: You will join the Client Reporting team as a Trade Lifecycle Manager - Associate, where you will collaborate with the Business to oversee client reporting and data maintenance for Private Banking, Chase Wealth Management & JPMorgan Securities LLC accounts. Your role will involve coordinating with various internal departments to address client requests, inquiries, and issues effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of at least 5-7 members - Ensure accurate and timely completion of operational procedures - Adhere to Risk and Control regulations - Allocate work and monitor progress - Handle escalations efficiently - Contribute to Global Projects / Local Initiatives - Promote a competitive and transparent work culture - Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvement initiatives - Facilitate discussions on exceptional cases Qualifications Required: - Post Graduate / Graduate with a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience - Proficient in analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to escalate issues to the management team - Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with diverse teams - Able to adapt and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines - Dedicated to maintaining quality and control standards Additional Details: - Ability to think creatively and suggest/implement process enhancements - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in the use of computer systems, including PC and Mainframe - Knowledge of Private Bank products/services is advantageous - Familiarity with Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel & Access Database,
