TPM/Scrum Master

As a Technical Program Manager/ Scrum Master at the reputed IT MNC, you will play a crucial role in supporting teams by facilitating Agile ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery, removing impediments, and driving team performance. Your responsibilities will include: - Facilitating Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and backlog refinement. - Ensuring team adherence to Scrum principles and project timelines by maintaining Scrum boards, burndown charts, and providing regular status updates. - Tracking project progress, blockers, and deliverables across multiple teams and stakeholders when necessary. - Collaborating with stakeholders, product managers, business analysts, and developers to ensure a clear understanding of requirements. - Identifying and mitigating project risks and proactively communicating with onshore stakeholders. - Driving team accountability, fostering ownership, and maintaining focus on delivery and quality. - Working with cross-functional offshore/onshore Agile teams and demonstrating excellent communication skills in English. - Supporting basic data analysis and reporting as required by the team. Qualifications required for this role include a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and methodologies, the ability to self-manage and keep teams aligned and productive, and certification (CSM, PSM) is a plus. Preferred qualifications include experience with data analysis, reporting, or basic business analysis.
