TPM External Engagement Manager, VP - Veteran Hiring

Role Overview: As a TPM External Engagement Manager at Deutsche Bank, you will be responsible for managing risks related to the engagement of third-party vendors and outsourcing. You will play a crucial role in driving and coordinating activities related to Regulatory Analysis, Operational Management, and Content Production within the Third Party Management (TPM) function. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain an up-to-date analysis of Deutsche Bank's compliance against Third Party Regulations. - Run the Regulatory Governance Forum, tracking progress of new regulations, escalating risks and issues, and creating internal Point of View papers. - Act as the primary contact for TPM issues for the Asia Pacific region, relay feedback into global governance forums, and manage a communications plan for External Engagement activities. - Develop and implement processes for effective management of Regulatory requests, create reporting frameworks, and manage a repository of Regulatory engagement activities. - Respond to business and RTC requests for information, develop credible content to support regulatory engagements, and work closely with stakeholders to implement regular MI for regulators. - Develop a deep functional understanding of the Third Party Risk Management process and associated platform functionality. Qualifications Required: - Deep understanding of key global third party regulations (MaRisk, EBA Outsourcing Guidelines, Interagency Guidance, etc). - Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Ability to develop and deliver credible content, with strong communication skills. - Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, attention to detail, and identify innovative solutions.
