TPM External Engagement Manager, VP - Veteran Hiring

Role Overview: As the TPM External Engagement Manager at Deutsche Bank in Pune, India, reporting to the Lead of TPM External Engagement, you will play a crucial role in managing risks related to the engagement of third-party vendors and outsourcing. You will be responsible for driving and coordinating various activities related to Regulatory Analysis, Operational Management, and Content Production. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain an up-to-date analysis of Deutsche Bank's compliance against Third Party Regulations - Run the Regulatory Governance Forum, tracking new regulations progress and reporting risks and issues - Create internal Point of View papers for new and emerging regulations - Act as the primary contact for TPM issues in the Asia Pacific region, handling regulatory requests and BAU questions - Track and report on the progress of external engagement activities and develop a reporting framework for Regulatory engagement - Respond to business and RTC requests for information to support regulatory responses regarding TPM processes - Develop deep functional understanding of the Third Party Risk Management process and associated platform functionality Qualification Required: - Deep understanding of key global third party regulations such as MaRisk, EBA Outsourcing Guidelines, PRA SS1/21, PRA SS2/21, DORA, MAS, HKMA, etc - Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders - Strong project management and organizational skills - Excellent communication skills - Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously - Strong attention to detail and ability to challenge the current operating environment - Ability to identify innovative value-added solutions Additional Details: Deutsche Bank offers a range of benefits including a best-in-class leave policy, gender-neutral parental leaves, sponsorship for industry relevant certifications, comprehensive insurance coverage, and an Employee Assistance Program for you and your family members.
