TPA & Insurance Empanelment Strategy manager (Hospitals)

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure new empanelments with major private TPAs and insurance companies for all units
• Re-activate suspended empanelments and negotiate better package rates
• Build strong working relationships with

  senior decision-makers

  in insurance/TPA firms
• Govt. panel handling - Good connects in CGHS, ECHS, DGEHS, Ayushman empanelment offices
• Plan empanelment strategy based on

  specialty focus

  (OBGYN, NICU, Pediatrics, Multispecialty)
• Conduct training for RMOs, billing, nursing, and file management teams
• Ensure high pre-auth approval rates and timely reimbursements
• Track claim rejections and proactively optimize documentation
• Liaise with digital marketing and operations teams to ensure empanelment visibility online and offline

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in TPA, health insurance, or hospital empanelment
• Preferably worked at a senior position in a major TPA/insurer or hospital network empanelment department
• Strong network with

  zonal/regional heads of TPAs & insurers

• Understanding of IRDA norms, claim protocols, and healthcare pricing
• Strong ethics, clean record, and ability to work with zero corruption model

Location:

Delhi (on-site + travel to TPAs as needed)
