Job Description

Insurance Claim Processing: Coordinate with insurance companies for approval of treatment claims. Verify patient insurance coverage before admission or treatment. Facilitate cashless treatment for eligible patients by obtaining pre-authorization from insurers. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain and verify all necessary documents related to patient insurance and treatment. Ensure accurate filing and submission of insurance claims within deadlines. Patient Assistance: Guide patients through the insurance claim process. Help patients understand their insurance benefits and coverage in relation to Ayurvedic treatments. Coordination: Liaise between the hospital management, insurance companies, and patients. Work with the billing department to ensure claims are consistent with the treatment records and hospital charges. Compliance and Updates: Keep updated with the latest insurance policies and guidelines, particularly related to Ayurvedic and alternative medicine. Ensure hospital compliance with insurance protocols. Dispute Resolution: Handle discrepancies or rejections of claims. Follow up with insurance companies for claim settlement.
