US Client Internet Service Provider Voice Customer Service

Headcount Requirement:

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls to resolve queries and issues, and provide information about the clients products and services.
Engage in active listening, confirm/clarify customer information, and manage difficult or angry customers with professionalism.
Respond to customer enquiries promptly with empathy and a strong customer service attitude.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Up-sell/Cross-sell relevant products whenever opportunities arise during customer interactions.

Qualifications

Education:
Graduate from any recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in any customer service role.
Language Proficiency:
Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).

Assessments

Versant English Test (VET):
CEFR Level B2
Mettl Assessment:
Mandatory

Compensation

CTC:
Up to 33,334 per month (Final offer based on experience and interview performance)
