Quality Assurance : Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in service delivery, ensuring that the client experience meets or exceeds expectations. Team Management : Supervise and support a team of tour coordinators , offering leadership, training, and performance management to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction. Additional Responsibilities : Handle other related tasks as may be assigned, in line with business requirements and organizational goals.
