Job Role & Responsibilities

Travel Sales Manager Outbound

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, promote, and sell outbound travel packages to destinations such as Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Dubai, Europe, Hong Kong, Japan, etc.Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B travel agents, corporate clients, and direct customers.
  • Create competitive itineraries and proposals tailored to customer needs.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving revenue growth.Stay updated on global travel trends, airline fares, hotel rates, and visa requirements.
  • Handle negotiations with DMCs, hotels, and suppliers to ensure best pricing.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth booking-to-travel experience, Conduct regular follow-ups with leads, generate reports, and track performance metrics. Train and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity.
