bs In Tourism is urgently hiring experienced Tour Consultants for both Domestic B2B and Outbound B2C verticals. The ideal candidate will have strong tour knowledge, sales coordination skills, and hands-on experience in handling customer inquiries, quotations, and tour operations.

Open Positions1. Tour Consultant – Domestic Tours (B2B)

Department: Sales & Operations

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Domestic Tour B2B operations
• Strong knowledge of domestic destinations and packages
• Handle B2B client queries, quotations, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
• Languages required: Hindi & English
• Gender: Male / Female

2. Tour Consultant – Outbound Tours (B2C)

Department: Sales & Operations

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Outbound Tour B2C sales
• Expertise in handling international holiday packages
• Manage customer inquiries, itinerary planning, and bookings
• End-to-end coordination of tour operations
• Languages required: Malayalam & English
• Gender: Male / Female

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication & customer handling skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of tour costing, itineraries & destinations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
