Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tour Operator role located in Srinagar. The Tour Operator will coordinate and arrange travel services, including booking accommodations, transportation, and activities for clients. Daily responsibilities include interacting with customers to understand their travel needs, creating tailored itineraries, and ensuring seamless execution of tours. The role also involves liaising with vendors, managing logistics, and providing exceptional customer support to enhance the overall travel experience. Qualifications Experience in travel planning, itinerary creation, and coordinating travel logistics Strong customer service skills, with an ability to communicate effectively and build rapport Knowledge of local attractions, destinations, and cultural highlights in Kashmir Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple client itineraries and vendor relations Proficiency in basic travel software and booking systems is a plus Fluency in English and local languages is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is advantageous Enthusiasm for creating memorable travel experiences
