Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Srinagar, for a Tour Operator at Tasha Tour and Travel. The Tour Operator will be responsible for coordinating and managing travel itineraries, booking reservations, planning guided tours, and arranging transportation and accommodations. They will assist clients with travel inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and promote travel packages through sales initiatives. Daily tasks include managing tour schedules, resolving customer issues, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Guided Tours and the Travel & Tourism industry
• Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to address client inquiries and concerns effectively
• Proficiency in Reservations management and logistics coordination
• Sales experience with the ability to promote travel services and close deals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment in Srinagar
• Knowledge of Kashmir tourist destinations and local travel logistics is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for travel bookings is an advantage
